Pet Policy 

  • We only accept adult dogs. No puppies permitted (puppies are defined as 12 months or younger)
  • In addition to the normal damage security deposit we require a pet deposit of $100.00 which is refundable if extra time for cleaning or to remove pet hair is not required.
  • The maximum pet weight is 50 pounds. We will consider larger size pets if renter agrees to clip pets nails before arrival. 
  • Pets are NOT permitted in the hot tub. Guests will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee if pet hair is found to be in the hot tub.
  • Pets MUST BE COMPLETELY HOUSE BROKEN, Well Behaved and PEST FREE

  • Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee $50.00/hr if pet hair causes a delay in cleaning service.

  •  Towels and linens are not to be used on Pets (wipe up rags will be supplied for cleaning pet paws)

  • Guest must clean all windows and mirrored surfaces of pet smears

  • Pets are NOT allowed on any of the beds or furniture 

  • Guests must bring pets’ crate and bedding for their pets.  While Guests are away from the cabin, guests will be sure that pet is secured in a pet carrier and NOT left to wander inside the cabin, or outside. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • If pet causes a noise disturbance and neighborhood complaint (barking, howling) guest will be asked to vacate pet from the premises with no refund of payments.

  • If pet has an accident in cabin, all clean up will be performed by the Guests.

  • Guest must dispose of waste from the grounds and deposit in a plastic bag which is to be placed in outside garbage cans. Guests agree that failure to comply with clean-ups of either inside cabin or outside cabin will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.00/hr.

  • Should damage to the cabin, grounds or furnishings (including linens) or flea infestation occur, the guest is responsible for said charges up to and beyond the pet security deposit and will be charged to the credit card placed for pet deposit. If the credit card will not cover these charges guests will make arrangements for replacing and/or repairing the damages. These charges include the time involved for correcting the problem by; clean up, fumigation, replacement, repair of said damages.  We offer accidental damage insurance to obtain a policy click here

  • Guests agree to be in full control of their pets at all times and take full responsibility for their pets well being.

  • Pets are not allowed in areas with wall-to-wall carpeting unless crated (Media Room and lower Master Bedroom Suite).
